"They scheduled me for 9/29/21 and then called the morning of to say they don't install gutters on houses with metal roofs. I talked to other gutter companies who stated it was a BS statement to get out of doing the work."

"Showed up on time and completed cleaning of gutters quickly."

"My wife and I bought a new construction home with standard open 4" gutters. Very quickly we noticed the gutters were pitched incorrectly and collecting shingle grit and debris. This was causing the gutters to overflow during heavy rain events. We had The Drying Co. remove the new construction gutters and install Gutter Shutter. We're very happy with the installation and can already tell a difference during rain events. Dustin and crew were very professional and cleaned up well after the installation. Very happy with how the Gutter Shutter looks on the house and excited that I don't have to clean them!"

"This was a big job with a replacement of a 6 unit condominium metal roof. Carlos kept me up to date along the way and the team kept the job site clean and the rotted wood they found they replaced and it was a very reasonable charge."

"Jeff contacted me by phone 30 minutes prior to his arrival, as promised.  He was polite with good interpersonal skills.  We walked around the house for him to understand what was expected and concerns.  He stated while he was on the roof repairing the gutters that he would conduct an inspection whether other areas may need attention.  After completing the gutter seam reseal, I was shown photos of the gutter seams he repaired as well as other areas on the roof that should be repaired.  After viewing the photos, I agreed to have the work recommended.  When he completed the task he mentioned several times that I should not have any leaks for the next 12 months; if I did to contact USA Gutterpros and they would make it right.  I would recommend USA Gutterpros.

"The service went well. They did do some touch up repairs. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They took pictures and showed us where the roof will probably need replaced in about 2 years. They were very knowledgeable and I liked that they took pictures to show us. They did not try to sell me anything extra. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

"I bought a storm door as well from Castle, and they have repaired the handle twice.  In the 6 years I've had my windows and door Castle has given me excellent service.  I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. This is just a update my feeling have now changed. The storm door we bought is now dropping when I called they had someone come out to look at it on May 18 2012.He then had to report back to superviser/manager.I had to call 2 or 3 times to find out if the door was going to be fixed. On June 21 2012 some finally called me back. They are not going to fix it because the frame needs to be replaced, told me that it has beed 7 years and the frame that the door was installed on is just getting old.Not a happy customer I paid alot more money for this door in thought s that I would no longer have to worry with ever replaceing or fixing(due to the lifetime warranty nocharge foir service, parts labor or repairs).I do live in a mobile home and they were told this from the start and I feel that if my door frame was not that good they should have told me from the start."
