"It's true: working with Hal is not like working with other contractors. With Hal, you are developing a relationship, not fulfilling the terms of a contract. "They were supposed to come within a month and they came in two and a half months. When I try to reach them a couple of times to change the color, I couldn't reach them. By the time I finally got hold of them, they already got the materials. I just went ahead. I spoke to the owner of the company, I was hoping because of the almost one and a half delay, I was hoping that he can reduce the amount but he did not do anything about it, any product or any incentive to make me feel better.
