"The crew did a suburb job. Once the entire roof was exposed, it turned out that I had lots of rotted wood. It was all replaced, the eave boxes were reconstructed (including painting), and new gutters were installed. The crew was incredibly hard working and, obviously had years of experience. They never left at night without ensuring that everything was sealed tight.. Some nights, they left at 9:30 PM! I ended up with a beautiful job, and now have a roof that will last my lifetime. Highly recommended for high quality work."

"I loved everything about this company. Mr August arrived on time for our meeting. He was very polite, did a thorough job of asking lol questions about my concerns, and inspected the roof well. The cost for repairing the skylights and the damage done by the leaks was fair and no extra cost was added at the end of the job. He also included extra service at no cost to replace the gutter on the roof where the skylights were placed, so no further issues with rain might cause water getting under the roof tiles. His workers, Walter and Cesar, came on time and worked very hard ten hours straight, even after it started to rain, to finish the job of the roofing. They then came back the next day to do the gutter. . Before leaving both days they cleaned everything so well no one would know they had been there. They were also careful of my plants when moving equipment and materials. All around best job I have ever seen. I will definitely cal them again and am praising them to all my friends."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."
