All of the work was unobtrusive and remained outside. J.P. and Austin were the ones that did the repairs. I was very happy with the end results! They too were both very kind and polite and addressed all of my questions. For both appointments (estimate and repair), the technicians were on time. They worked very efficiently too. I was very happy that I found a company who could deal with both possible animal removal and the repair of damage caused by animals getting into the attic."

"I hired EPC for a mouse problem. I did sign a contract agreeing to you for additional treatments at $105 each. Unbeknownst to me at the signing of the contract my dishwasher is bolted to my kitchen counter and cannot be moved so the exterminator cannot seal the hole. I sent environmental Pest Control an email stating that was the reason why I wanted to discontinue my service and if they felt necessary to turn me over to collections. Instead they decided to go behind my back and deduct two treatments for total of $210 to my account. No one even had the courtesy to send me an emai. The owner has ghosted me I have turned it into my bank and it's fully expect a refund. I would never hire this group of incompetent help again."

"Our family had a positive experience with My Pest Pros (MPP) in removing a large hornet's nest (soccer-ball size) from a tree just above the driveway of our townhome. After looking at different reviews and comparing vendors, I decided to try MPP as a first-time customer. Lots of pluses. First, Kayla (receptionist) was friendly and professional during the intake call on Friday to assess the problem, ask for the location of the hornet's nest, and provide an estimated time window on the next business day (Monday). We requested a one-time service payment option by check. Second, the staff person (Hunter) arrived on time (8:30am) and called me 15 minutes in advance. He completed the job in about 40 minutes by spraying chemicals to reduce the number of live hornets, sawed off the entire branch of the crape myrtle tree, and then cleared the entire branch with the soccer-ball size hornet's nest attached. Third, he explained we were lucky the hornets were not bald-faced hornets (which continue to attack you even after the nest is removed). Although it was $275 to complete the work, it was worth it to remove the hornet's nest and gain peace of mind. We would use their services again!"

I expect a professional approach when dealing with such matters. However, Jamal seemed more interested in being friendly than actually addressing the pest issue. When I requested the technician to place poison in the bathroom, which was a covered area according to the contract, I faced unnecessary resistance. It was clear from a simple Google search that rodents are commonly found in bathrooms. Yet, Jamal was hesitant and claimed it was due to concerns about my dog. However, the fact that they had already placed traps and poison in other accessible areas of my home, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and basement, made this excuse seem baseless. The lack of communication and cooperation between the office and the workers was another evident problem. When I escalated the issue to the "owner" (whose actual ownership I couldn't confirm), I received no resolution or even a follow-up call. Instead of addressing the problem of an employee not fulfilling their duties, I was given an unnecessary rundown of rodent behavior. Additionally, there was a contradiction in what Jamal said he could and couldn't do. He claimed they couldn't move heavy items, but then proceeded to move the stove and refrigerator without any apparent problem. This discrepancy only added to the frustration I experienced. As a homeowner, I have every right to monitor the work being done and ask for proper coverage in areas where I've witnessed pest activity. However, Jamal seemed to push back whenever I made these reasonable requests. Overall, the lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior, and failure to address the issue adequately left me deeply unsatisfied with their service. I hope to find a more reliable and respectful pest control company in the future."
