Fortunately, when I told him of our e-mail exchange, he was able to find someone to perform the work. <br /> He arrived within an hour of the originally requested time. <br /> He actually removed more caulk than I realized was damaged, and neatly replaced it. <br /> Also recommended how I could patch the one or two small places where the grout is thinning, as well as having all of the grout redone in about a year. <br /> Overall I was pleased with the level and quality of service. <br />"
