"This was a great experience from start to finish. Joe spent a lot of time with me up front, explaining the options and steps for replacing our old A/C unit. He brought along some independent studies for me to look over on the effectiveness/ratings of the different brands. He answered all my questions and was extremely responsive. In fact, he was able to schedule the install the very next day -- just before a heat wave. The technicians who did the work were efficient and courteous. It all went "as planned" and we are very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend Polar Bear  and Joe to others.

"Our furnace was giving us problems just as winter was kicking in. The service was quick and effective, with great communication about what was needed and the work being performed. We greatly appreciated the service and look forward to working with this company again."

"Have used the service several times now. It's just excellent. Absolutely reliable!
If going with a party of several people it is even not much more expensive than the regular shuttle services (which I don't like because of bad experiences with reckless driving and not showing up on time) which charge per person.
