He had one digit off the address.  This was not a big deal as we had plenty of time.  But as we were on the way, Mike phoned me to be sure everything was okay and then insisted on charging us only half the cost for the outgoing trip -- very nice!  We returned a week later, on time but it was nearly midnight.  Mike texted me to confirm our arrival, and then Mo phoned when we arrived to be sure we were okay.  We met up with Mo easily and had a relaxing drive home from the airport, no hassles!  Definitely recommend these guys -- very clean SUV, great service, no hassles.
