"Went fine. Removed drain and came back a week later to install new. Had the tub reglazed so they had to wait for that to cure and Thanksgiving fell in that week."

"I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"We had installed a water back up with alarm on our sump pump along with a new discharge through exterior wall into overflow. Excellent work done by Connor. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered our questions in detail & we highly recommend Shelby Mechanical for any plumbing jobs. Our phone calls were handled by Erin who set our appointments and answered our questions with quite impressive plumbing knowledge. We will definitely use them again."
