"I needed all the windows replaced in my house and from start to finish Lifetime and the people I worked with were excellent. Tate came to the home to review the work to be done and provided the quote. It was not the least expensive of the quotes, but Tate took the time to explain the installation and the options/ideas for how the windows could be framed that impressed me more than the other companies. I was given an install date and there where no delays, the work started on that date with Tony leading a 2 man crew. Tony was also great to work with, courteous, professional and I felt comfortable enough let him be in or out of the house as he needed to and he kept the work areas clean. The new windows look fantastic. The Price review is marked N/A because it didn't matter for this review. All 3 companies were very close in their quotes. Also, Lifetime was the only company that mentioned I would receive a federal tax credit and they did all the paper work for it."

"The Wall is incredible! We needed full landscaping done for our new construction and an addition added to our patio. The work they did was amazing and they were so professional. Originally I didn’t know they did landscaping and just needed them to extend our concrete patio, but after speaking with them they told me they now do landscaping too. They put in full irrigation, put down sod and provided landscape design! It was so nice to be able to complete my entire backyard with one company. "Our prior inexpensive paint job unfortunately lasted only about 4 years before giving up and allowing water to penetrate the cracked stucco finish applied over the top of a brick building.  We were looking for someone to correct the mistakes of the first attempt.  Joshua came twice to inspect the facades and provided a detailed bid with a generous warrantee to back up their workmanship.  Although the bid was a bit higher than we had hoped, upon closer examination he proposed to do a very thorough job.  In the end, the strong warrantee convinced us that he was confident his crew up to the task.   <br /> They began by hand-scraping and power grinding any loose material from the open cracks and then followed the paint shop specs by using approved caulking, a thick elastomeric primer and two top coats of acrylic paint.  Between coats Joshua kept stopping by to check on the former leak inside and even went back for some additional crack repair before finishing the job to make sure the new coating was watertight. <br /> The job site was kept clean and tidy throughout the project and we are much more confident of the durability of this work over the short prep and thin coats of the last paint job. <br /> Although it is perhaps too early to comment on the performance of this coating, I would definitely recommend Shepard Painting going forward based on their professionalism and attention to detail. <br />"
