"Great company! Ponderosa replaced 2 of our garage door openers a few years ago, and we just had them come to add a third garage door opener. They respond quickly to phone calls, set up appointments for installation with little wait (ours was installed 2 days after we called), are knowledgeable and friendly, and set everything up. They synched our openers, set up our keypad, made sure everything worked properly before leaving. GREAT SERVICE!"

"Elad showed up on time, knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed my garage door faster than I could complain about it. Zero hassle, zero upsell—just solid, competent work. Portland Locksmith and Garage Doors is one of the rare companies that does exactly what they promise and doesn’t treat you like an idiot for needing help. My garage door works perfectly now, and I’m honestly amazed at how easy the whole thing was. Highly recommended."

"Matt was a great installer. We had a new complete garage door install with everything here in Tigard. Service was fast from start to finish and the door looks great and we are completely satisfied with everything about it. Thank you,"

"I received a call back within under an hour of requesting an estimate. Very fast, very friendly, very professional. My garage door was replaced in less than 4 hours. The time from ordering to install, in February, was about 3 weeks. I am very satisfied!"

"I recently had a new spring installed on my garage door. A few months later, another problem came up and the garage door wouldn’t open. They came out, same day, and fixed it with no charge. I will never use another company. Honest, reliable, hard working. A+."

"great communication , on time , did a super job on mt garage door , they removed old door and disposed of it also !"

"My first time working with Near Me Roofing Company and his team but it will not be the last. I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"
