"We lost hot water on Friday evening. We decided it wasnâ t an emergency, but we did want to get the process started to replace our water heater. I checked Agniâ s list on Saturday and a few referral names came up. I was contacted by CORE MECHANICAL within a short time the same day. I explained our issue with Tanya and she set an appointment. She was very professional and we related to each other quickly. I received 2 other inquiries on Monday morning, but they were not available until later in the week. Loren contacted me, came to my house and made his recommendation as well as gave me a quote for replacement. I was a bit shocked with the price quote because of info Iâ d read online, but realized it had been old information. We talked easily about a number of subjects and he was very courteous as well as explained the process clearly. Levi came as promised today, Tuesday, and with an assistant completed the job including cleanup and hauled away the old (25+ year old water heater) within an hourâ s time. I was very satisfied when hot water was available very soon after that. I greatly appreciate all of the employeesâ professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and communication. I highly recommend this local business."
