Electrical
"Rob Cassella was excellent! He was neat, efficient and the job was done perfectly. He did a few other little projects as well as the installation of the fan and exhaust in a new bathroom and all of his work was perfect. We are so pleased with this experience that we will certainly recommend Rob to our friends and also to our "handyman" who often needs an electrician to work with on all kinds of electrical installations. Thank you for this excellent service. We are never disappointed."

"They were fast and excellent with their job. They left no mess. Typical companies expect payment but leave us with the annoyance to clean. Not with these people. Theyâ re great!"

"Wow! I couldn't be more thankful. If you are looking for an electrician. Look no further! He is truly amazing and very professional. He not only set up my chandelier and kitchen light. But also rewired mi bathroom and children's room. I was not charged a ridiculous amount or with any issues after the installation."

"I am very pleased with the excellent quality of the work by Mikell Electric. Spencer installed a new fuse box, outside fixtures plus wiring. He was courteous, respectful and prompt. He took the time to explain the process, timeframe and answered all of my questions. I have already had him back again for another electrical project."

"Michael was prompt to respond to my request for service and was available on a date that was convenient to me. He arrived when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly, and was pleasant & respectful. We hired Michael to install a light fixture and check on an outlet that wasn’t working. I would recommend him and would call him for future work."

Electrical Services
"If you are looking for a true professional electrician look no further. My experience from the first phone call to the end of the service was great. I needed to have a ceiling fan replaced with a light fixture, also I was having a problem with some lighting flickering on & off. I explained this to Nick Vallone during that first phone call; he advised me of what the work would entail as well as approximating the cost, providing me with what his rates are. We set up the date & time; he called the day prior to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. Once he arrived, he went right to work along with his assistant. They completed the work promptly & professionally; I was completely satisfied. The fan was replaced & I was glad it was only a wall socket that needed replacing to correct the flickering lights. His estimate on the cost was spot on."

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
