I even forgot a few questions and called back and Anthony was very helpful. The owner Danny came out to do the measurement and contract to order the windows. I was told the windows would come in in a few weeks and they came in much sooner. I was traveling for work and wasn't able to get ahold of Danny during the day due to my work schedule. He was extremely accomodating and assisted me through email. They day they came to install they came at 8:30 am and were done by 2 pm. they did an excellent job and my windows look great. <br />"

"The whole experience was great. I asked for a quote, and immediately spoke with John who sent me over some options. Wood, vinyl, and hybrid windows. After speaking with him and discussing my needs, he made some recommendations and came over with some samples. John was honest and actually talked me out of some upgrades that weren't worth it. The team then kept me updated on delivery time frames and scheduling work. Greg would text me to see if I could squeeze in availability if they had an opening (there was a lot of rain days at the time, so things were a bit unpredictable). I very much appreciated all the outreach. Once the windows arrived and the work began, I was amazed on how smooth it went. I was a bit concerned since the windows were old, but they were done with all 9 windows in one day, and they functioned perfectly. We had one window that had a loose latch. John said he requested a whole new replacement, and they kept me up to date on when they were going to come back to swap it. I can't say enough about the communication and follow-up, which not very many contractors do. I will hire Windows Solutions Plus again for my next project (looking at some picture windows next), and suggest you get these guys to give you a quote when you are ready for a window project of your own."

"This is a follow-up to my original review of February 9, 2017. A new sash was ordered to replace the one in which the glass cracked just after insertion of a window grille pin into the bottom of the sash. Four weeks later, on 3/9/17 a technician arrived and installed a new sash. All went well until he inserted a grille pin into the bottom of the sash -- the glass cracked, again. What are the chances that this could happen twice and with different technicians? Apologies were made and another sash was ordered. Five weeks later, on 4/17/17 the Andersen tech arrived with a new sash, installed it, and fingers crossed, the grill pin was successfully inserted. Yeah! My final assessment is that this small project to replace a bow window with three double-hung windows took far longer from start to finish (Nov. 2016 - Apr. 2017) than was reasonable, even without the grille pin mishaps. I do however, credit Andersen with persistence in bringing this project to satisfactory completion. Service can be a bit of a lengthy process, but they do follow through. I will say again, these replacement windows are beautifully made and energy-efficient. The technicians are professional, courteous and highly skilled."

They came in and after a quick assessment got to work. They divided and conquered, each person just taking on a task, whether it was removing, prepping, installing, finishing, cleaning, painting...you name it! We are very satisfied in how neat and tidy our windows look, and definitely notice the difference in the upgrade. "From my initial meeting with Phil Coleman,owner, to the installation, everything was very professional. The windows that were installed today (10/31/18) are very high quality (triple pane) and sealing the window system in place was done with great expertise. The new windows open easily and there is a screen on the outside for ventilation. The original windows were in a steel frame embedded in the concrete foundation and the windows were no longer able to close for a tight seal plus some of the window panes were cracked. Our basement will be much warmer now. I had trouble finding a company that would do this small job but Phil said no job is too small for them. I would highly recommend this company-they do big jobs and small jobs. Phil presented copies of several reference letters that were very impressive."

"We hired Lecla Home Improvements LLC for new roof, chimney cap, major water damaged bedroom repair ( ceiling , walls & carpet) and for replacement windows etc. Our home was badly damaged by the May 15th tornado to the roof, bedroom, kitchen and widows. We had other contractors bid for the job. When my wife & I met with Luis Clavijo, we felt he is the guy to do the job. Luis was punctual and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his field of work and in explaining to us in detail of the scope of the work involved, above all he is very humble. Since we have to work with the Insurance company, Luis prepared a very detail breakdown of his estimate to submit to the insurance company and met with the adjuster at the house to go over the breakdown to agree on the final price. Not only he and his team were punctual, he also has great communication and sense of urgency by returning phone calls or e-mails promptly. His team captain Henry was at site all the time during the roof installation and bedroom repairs and for other jobs. Our roof has multiple steep areas with unusual roof architecture with multiple peaks, valleys and dorm. His team was very efficient and has done the job in 2 days and we are very pleased with the outcome. When I asked Luis for some other small jobs that need to be done at the house, not related to damage by tornado, he was very accommodative and instructed Henry to take care of it and Henry did a great job. He did such a nice job on the roof and bedroom etc, we decided to change additional windows at our house that were not part of the tornado damage, totaling the no of replacement windows to be 20. The Job was done very well and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I would highly recommend Lecla Home Improvements LLC to any roof, home improvement or window replacement job."
