Quote was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I learned from neighbors that chain link fence costs for small jobs are quite high (based on their experience with quotes for small chain link fence jobs). Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."

"If there were a higher rating than excellent I would use it for all categories. Emailed late in the fall season to request a quote. Owner immediately replied to schedule appointment. Estimate was detailed including anticipated exterior repairs needed. Upon hire, full crew began and continued on job daily until completion. We were working out of town so owner communicated regularly with updates. Job quality was tremendous. Hope to hire again soon for interior."

They called 30 minutes out to let me know they were on their way, also appreciated. Once they arrived we walked through what was needed and they got to work. "This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

"We are very pleased with the work that Gary did. He was respectful of my house and environment and always went above and beyond! Example: he’s was here when the pipes froze in our MIL apartment ( we were on vacation) and he stepped in to repair the pipes for us immediately so my 90yo mom wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Another time our dog locked herself in my bedroom and thank goodness Gary was here to get her out! I appreciated that Gary did almost all of the work himself so we didn’t have multiple subcontractors in our house during the pandemic. "Charlie was able to come right out to give us a quote, which was very reasonable. He was also willing to work around our crazy schedule. He replaced the insulation and drywall on most of the back wall of the garage and the drywall to cover a big hole in the ceiling. He was able to replace a garage light that had been damaged by the water and the framing around the attic access that had been damaged when the wet drywall was torn out. When the repair was done, he matched the paint to finish the job."
