"Scott and team did a fabulous job of painting our home. Prior to painting, his team patched cracks and holes in the walls. Scott personally came out three times prior to his crew's arrival - first to estimate the job and then twice to put paint samples on the walls. In all, we used six different colors which was no problem. Scott also showed up on the day of painting to ensure the crew knew exactly what to do. The painters were very professional and cordial. We loved the colors and workmanship. The house was left as clean as when they started and they took great care in ensuring all furniture was covered appropriately. We have not found any mistakes in the paint job or spills on the floor, etc. Scott's quote was only slightly lower than the final bill due to the trim touch-up work taking a little longer than anticipated. If I had one complaint, Scott was a little slow at times in responding to emails but in the end, would always respond. For a great painter at a reasonable cost, please give Scott and his team a call. He is great to work with."

"Mike, dba Satellite Dish Installer, did a great job of removing my formerly used DISH satellite from the top center peak of my two story home. Mike was very easy to coordinate with, arrived 10 minutes early (always a plus) and was very quick in removing my DISH. He fully explained what he would do, and actually did, for me and caulked the holes where the DISH struts were removed to prevent rain penetration. He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it."

"I had a tree root right where the cast iron pipe feeds into the clay pipes.  When these pipes were initially installed, they were not sealed properly.  Dusty's Drain Cleaning had to dig a hole into part of the yard and ended up going underneath the sidewalk.  They replaced the pipe where the tree root was running through.  Also when they put all of the dirt back, even though they went underneath the sidewalk, there were no issues with the sidewalk after everything was put back. You couldn't tell that they had gone underneath the sidewalk.  <br /> It has been a year and I have not had any issues with my main line backing up and the sidewalk is as even as it was to start with. <br /> Dusty's Drain Cleaning did a great job. <br />"

"Excellent experience overall.  Frustrations along the way were very minor, including a later than advertised start date due to jobs before us.  Before contracting with Roncor, I checked four references.  Every single one of them could not speak highly enough of Roncor, and all but one invited me over to their house to view Roncor's work. <br /> Roncor worked closely with us from the design phase, and offered a number of flexible designs in a variety of budgets.  There was never any sales pressure.  Once under contract, they were always responsive.  Another minor frustration was that the job took twice as long as they had predicted, but this was partially due to bad winter weather.  <br /> In the middle of the job, we had significant problems with window delivery from the window supplier.  Roncor went to bat for us and got us a nice refund on the windows.  The quality of the work was excellent throughout.  Whenever I had a concern, the lead carpenter responded promptly and without complaint.  All people that worked on the project were friendly, polite, and responsive.  The job site was always left very clean.  When the job was complete, there were a few minor things that they were unable to finish due to the harsh winter.  They said they'd be back in the spring to complete the work along with doing any minor repairs or patches that were needed.  We did not have to contact them this spring.  They contacted us, scheduled the work, and came out promptly and finished it. <br />"
