"Our furnace wasn't working one evening and they came out after hours to help troubleshoot the problem. He gave us the option to pay a warehouse opening fee and have it fixed that night or do it first thing when they opened in the morning. He also identified some other issues with our furnace that was hurting efficiency that he fixed while he was there. Great service and will definitely call them again with any HVAC problems I have."

"I had Tuscan upgrade the electrical service on both sides of my duplex, my tenant and I were both gone so I had the work done while we were out of town. It worked out great after talking with Armondo I had no qualms about leaving him to handle the work while I was gone. As with any project there is always a glitch or 2, we did not pass our inspection the first time around, but they had a technician out the same day to take care of things. On a personal note, one of the technicians tracked some dirt in on my rug and he took it home and brought it back clean I think that is above and beyond. It was a pleasure to work with them. I had this same service done on another property last year and it cost about a thousand dollars more per unit. My overall option is the office staff was very helpful in answering any questions and scheduling inspections the technicians were professional and for a project of this size it went great.
