"The process was painless and easy. There were no high-pressure salespeople to deal with. We went online, told what we wanted, and ZEN sent us the quotes we needed. Alix and Matt were incredibly patient working with us. We had lots of questions and weren't exactly sure what we wanted. They worked through the process with us and helped throughout. Once everything was decided, the windows were ordered. Mind you, this was during the covid-19 shut-down but after 6 or so weeks, we got a call the windows were ready to be installed. Their ace installation team called (Dan and Brenda) everything was scheduled when we had a death in the family. We called and with great understanding, Matt and their team rescheduled the installation for a week later. Dan and Brenda were artists in their installation. They knew their installation process exactly - and what to do and when to do it. We are still amazed. They were a perfect team. We are so thankful for their calming presence as they worked and made jokes along the installation process (our family was on edge after the death of a close family member). They were promptly on time and there when they said they would be there. They cleaned up everything along the way. And they even cleaned the windows they installed. My 2 kids (8 & 4) loved having them around and we were all sad to see them go when they finished. I highly recommend Zen Windows to everyone looking for quality window replacements. As I said before, the process was easy and now we have quality windows that look beautiful throughout the home. Thank you Zen Windows!!!"

"The quality of the physical products is very high. But let me be clear - I hired these guys because they appeared to be the least incompetent, not because they were the best. The first time they were scheduled to be at my house, they contacted me half an hour after I expected them to be there to tell me weather wouldn't allow installation. I had to harangue them to provide me with 24hr prior notice of the time they'd appear. Installation was not complete, service was lousy. I'm still fighting to get all my warranty info and to get screen door installed. There is NO consideration for the fact that I'm the customer or that I work for a living (how do you think I'm going to pay for these overpriced windows?). There is ZERO effort put into communications with customer. Every time something needs to be done, my schedule is secondary (at best). I found their salesman to be unprofessional."

"The sales team worked with us to arrive at a price we could afford and still get a high quality vinyl windows installed. Our professional installation team of 2, arrived around 10 a.m. By 6 p.m all 12 windows were installed, 6 on the first floor and 6 on the second floor and they had all of their messed cleaned up. They professionally wrapped the exterior of all of the windows with PVC clad aluminum. All seams were sealed with high quality sealant. I'm a DIY guy and very picky about how things are done. I stood in amazement as I watched our team install the first few windows. I knew right away we had the right team working on our home. After the installation was complete they demonstrated how easily our new windows operate. From the easy slide up and down to the safety features on the double hung window to how the sashes come out for easy cleaning. I'm as excited about our new windows as a kid a Christmas time."

Jon was very professional and honest about potential damage that could occur from removing sunken screws from the decking so I knew what to expect in the event that it happened (which it didn't). He was also up front about needing to reschedule several days in advance (versus the day before or day of) since the weather had delayed the completion of his already active projects. He did a great job with the repair, cleaned up after he was finished and was reasonable in his pricing. I would definitely hire him again."

"There was a huge storm, damaging a home we were trying to sell, and we had moved out of state. We had a time limit on how soon we had to have the repairs completed due to a pending sale. Being out of town, we couldn't do the jobs ourself, and with the storm, it was very difficult to find someone with a good history who could get the job done in our time frame. We needed a 3-story tall downspout replaced, siding repaired on several areas of the house, and two roofing projects. Although Bob also had plenty of work to keep him in business due to the storm, he found time to get our work done just in time. He was capable, and willing to do roof work that others would not attempt.
