Joe arrived on time and was one of the most pleasant HVAC people I've ever worked with, and we've worked with a few in recent years. He went right to work assessing the problems and doing the maintenance work on our equipment. He is a diligent worker, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The quote for replacing the air handler coils in attic seemed excessive to me at $2500 but I had no comps; we opted to use original coils."

Don suggested installing them in the basement since I had available space directly below the kitchen. That saved me ALL the space under my kitchen sink. We called Jon and he immediately triaged the situation over the phone and said he’d try to fit me in for a same day appointment due to the urgency of the situation. He called about 15 minutes prior to arriving at our home and immediately got to work. Sure enough, our sump pump pipe that leads to main sewer was frozen and our sump pump needed to be replaced. Kon was very knowledgeable and extremely personable; felt like I’ve known him for years. I also discussed future projects with him, he definitely made my day."
