I called them immediately following filing the claim to speak with someone about what was going on. There was a tech at my home within an hour of that phone call and the problem was fixed right away. I am blown away by the customer service as well as professionalism this company has shown us today. I will, without hesitation, call for any services needed in the future."

"The gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable about what they were there to do. Ron and Kevin worked very hard at taking care of our problems we were experiencing with the low pressure. They replaced all water pipes and installed fixtures that we bought. I am happy with the final product and the water pressure is exceptional. My only advice is do not buy fixtures, allow the company to buy for you, then you will there guarantee on the fixtures as well. Price was very reasonable. We do have plans to replace hot water tank with this company in the future."

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
