"The install took longer than expected because they are a small company, and were extra busy with other jobs that week. However, when it was all said and done, I am quite pleased with the results. The AC works great in the summer, and my winter heating bills are almost 50% less than they used to be. Would I do it again? Yes. Would I wait this long to do it? No Way! One of the main reasons Bob's company is special is that he does a good portion of the work himself. It's not contracted out to people you don't know. You meet Bob, and he does the work.
