"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

This happened two more times with each tech telling us the previous had not done it correctly. My entire staircase is separating, cracking, or chipping and Footprint floors nor Brandon will answer phone calls, voicemail, or text messages. They promise a great warranty but good luck getting it to stick..."
