It’s a rarity these days to find people like her and her team who from beginning to end are incredibly helpful, responsive, professional, honest, friendly and reliable. She met us at her showroom on her day off to help us pick out the flooring and she was very patient with us and flexible when we had to reschedule the install a couple of times. She never made us feel like she was too busy for us. The install team did a phenomenal job and our floors look absolutely beautiful! The lead installer has been installing floors for 28 years which was truly reflective in his work. I accidentally put a dent in the floor two weeks after and she had one of her team members out to us immediately to fix it. It was such a great experience working with Randee and her team and I highly recommend them, they are truly stellar and you won’t be disappointed!"
