"Diego is very professional, responsive, trustworthy and respectful. Very easy to work with. He came to fix our 2 AC units (leaks) and replaced our kitchen faucet. He answered our questions, explained things clearly, did his work thoroughly and cleaned everything up. He even took the time to clean our 2 AC units. Would definitely hire and recommend him for any cooling, heating and plumbing work in the future."

"

Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. I was extremely pleased with Rob's work as well as his friendly demeanor. At my request Rob provided a referral for another job I needed done in the house.

"I am a 3rd time returning customer. After doing a stellar job on a whole house softener and drinking water system, I hired them again to replace my aging water heater. Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater. I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide."

"I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They arrived on time and were polite and professional. They fixed our plumbing issues at prices in line for our area. Would hire them again."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"It couldn’t have gone any better! Sam and Luay were very personable and professional and we had full confidence that the job would be done correctly and on time. They did not disappoint! We are very happy with them as well as the technicians that installed our AC and air handling units. We will definitely call them for other jobs when necessary. Thanks very much!"

"Excellent!  We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost.  Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated.  Don't be concerned.  Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal.  We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual.  They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand).  They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues.  Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them.  As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"Called about the main drain clog . They showed up the same day there tech Anthony worked very hard to get the very difficult clog cleared out. I very happy all the drains are working again. He was also to repair the leak on the faucet for the garden hose and stop the toilet from running while he was there. This was great because I didn’t have to take anothe day off from work. Will definitely be using them again"

"Answered all my questions and got the job done in a timely manner. Various projects: Shelving unit installed in my garage Recessed medicine cabinets and vanity lights installed in 3 bathrooms Door locks and knobs changed all over the house Shower curtain rod replaced Excellent service!"
