"I called several places including those promising 24/7 service and Mattioni was the only one who could come out the same day.  It was raining outside and we had no water so it was a bad day all around.  The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the bad pump.  He replaces the pump and all the piping/cabling. They have a huge binder with all the pricing in it.  You can get a discount if you join their "club" for $100.  I did and it still saved me a few hundred.  They came out for a complimentary whole house inspection and found another $1,000 worth of questionable work to do for inflated prices.  They seem very good, but they are very expensive. I had to choice or time to shop around at the time.

"I have been using UIC's services for several years now. They have replaced two older furnaces a couple of years ago with new 2-stage Carrier Infinity units. They have performed flawlessly. Last week our third unit, the main furnace, was replaced with the new Carrier Infinity Modulating Air technology as recommended by Paul, our sale representative. Bruce, Jeff & Wes did a fabulous job on removing the old, and installing the new furnace. They were on time, well equipped, professional, thorough and completed the replacement furnace installation by 5:00 PM. A big job indeed. The new furnace is simply amazing. You must stand next to it to hear it running. The house is much more comfortable given the very slow furnace run modes with continual air movement (undetectable). Another great experience with UIC. I *highly* recommend the UIC team and equally as important, the new Carrier products. Thank you UIC!"
