I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"We called Leon wanting some information about the Rinnai tankless water heater. He was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions! He came to the house and gave a complete presentation, looked at our current system, and showed us where he thought the Rinnai should be installed.  Thankfully, he was able to also do all the gas work to hook up to our propane system. He came abut a week later and installed the Rinnai in one morning. We were so impressed with the speed, neatness, and cleanliness of the installation. It was completely working when they left with barely any interruption in our hot water supply. We are so impressed with the Rinnai and with the installation crew! "Choice Home Warranty presents their company as the best home warranty. The sales pitch I received on the phone multiple times and in my countless e-mails that they sent. The information stated that repairs are done at times on the same day. I did purchase the warranty in June 2023. I called for my first service on July 21st. When my washer was draining the water my kitchen sink filled up with the water the washer was draining. I was then told that the job is sent out and we wait 24-48 hours for the response with an appointment. So I waited and followed up with a call to Choice. I was told no one had accepted the job. I received a phone call from Falcon Plumbing asking if I still needed service? I said yes!! The service was scheduled on July 26th. That is 5 days after my request for service. Not the same day not right away 5 days later. The young man that came out was very efficient . He cleared the pipe and asked me to run the washer to see that the water did not back up into the sink again. Problem solved. I did pay the required $75.00 for the service. I am very disappointed that Choice sounded like it was better than other home warranty co. I realize that Choice was not concerned with getting my repair right away. I have had a home warranty on my home since I purchased it 5 years ago. I think they are just like protection plans you purchase on a home appliance. Everyone will explain how you need this so much when they are trying to sell it to you. Hoping you never need to use it...Bad first experience."

"Williams sent an estimator to my home, on time and with a very professional check list, card and set of questions. I believe that that would do an excellent job. They were the first quote I received and the price shocked me. However, I got three other quotes in the following week and they all clustered at about half the price I received from Williams. Needless to say, I went with another painter. I emailed Williams and explained why I would not be using their service but got no further reply."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
