"The roof was replaced quickly. And it?s not leaking anymore. So I can?t in good conscience give them a terrible review. However the level of communication from the project manager has been all but nonexistent. I was under the impression that I would meet with them before and after the work was complete. The work proceeded without any word from the PM. A crew just showed up and climbed onto the roof to get to work without so much as a word to me. Then they left after the roof was done. Again. Without a word to me. I?ve been waiting two days and counting to do a final walkthrough with the PM and get my paperwork and confirm that everything was done to our agreed specifications. Make of that what you will. "

They always have a LIVE person answering their phone and are incredibly responsive. We initially called regarding an ice-jam leak and they had a technician out within an hour at no charge!
