With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
