"He could not repair our dryer because an electrician was needed to repair the outlet; ther was nothing wrong with the dryer. We paid the service charge and it can be credited to us i we need him again in the next year for a repair.

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
