I even got a stainless steel chase installed for the price most were charging for galvanized metal one's. I went with the stainless due to the fact it will last forever. C&A clean up nicely. We were given a business card from a friend of ours who had Sanders Home Restorations do a lot of work on their home and referred them to us. We called Mr Sanders and he came to our home to meet with our insurance adjuster to inspect the damage we were aware of. Mr Sanders was able to find additional storm damage that we did not know about and the adjuster agreed to cover that as well. The adjuster wrote a check right there and made it out to Mr Sanders' company and myself. We signed the check and gave it to Mr Sanders and we picked out our options for the work we needed done. Mr Sanders' employees that completed our work were fast, professional, and hard workers and the roofers had the roof off and back on in a day and a half! Wow! We did not have any problems with any of the work that was completed! All the work took about two weeks from the time it began! We are very pleased with the work and the professionalism of Mr Sanders and his company overall. He took all of the stress off our hands of dealing with the insurance company and organizing all of the work. All we had to do was choose our options and colors! Mr Sanders also gave us numerous upgrades at no additional cost AND he covered our deductible, so we did not have to pay for anything out of our pocket! We are thrilled and would recommend Sanders Restorations to anyone looking for just one company to handle it all and handle it without any hassles. They are a very trustworthy company and do excellent work!"

"Steve was great. He was able to get us on his schedule quickly and jobs were completed in a timely manner. He would communicate promptly if there were any delays getting out to us.
