"This was my first annual maintenance on my new Lennox gas furnace. Alex showed up on time and went to work immediately while clearly explaining to me the maintenance he was doing on the furnace. He clearly and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He even took off his shoes when going up into the house to adjust the thermostat. He did a great job and I look forward to him maintaining my furnace and ac units in the future."

"Sidewinder Industries was very knowledgeable, accessible, and helpful. Sidewinder Industries went out of its way to help and support. Thank you"

"Christian was very knowledgeable about our water heater and explained everything as he went along testing different issues that might be causing the problem. He was professional and gave me several helpful tips on upkeep of my Rinnai that 2 other companies that had serviced the unit over the years had not bothered to mention. i absolutely would recommend Walley to anyone needing HVAC work."

"they helped above and beyond the paid service"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Peterson plumbing arranged to come on a Saturday. Good communication for the expected time of arrival. They came on time, they unclogged the drain, they cleaned up, and they left.
I was overall impressed with the level of service and the extras included in the Angies list special- price-  they needed to cut a pipe to get access around some tight bends for unclogging the drain. They repaired the pipe afterwards and the drain works great. They also gave valuable input on plumbing needs for the future projects.
I highly recommend Peterson plumbing and will try them for other plumbing needs.

"He did an amazing job. He was quick and very professonal. Great guy with a great service at a great price."

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."

"They just installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The value of the services was similar to others compared, but the timing, the products they installed, and overall communication is the reason we chose them. From sales to installers, all were courteous, honest, and gave great communication."

"Excellent service from beginning to end. I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave us tips on how to better maintain the system for improved performance. Overall, excellent service. We highly recommend then and we will definitely use them again"
