"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

"This pro arrived to the job about an hour and a half early than scheduled time and gave his honest professional opinion on what my problem was regarding a leaky toilet. He also gave me the option to totally remove it it but based on his professional opinion, the project seemed to only require replacing a leaking water supply line which was less work to replace. I appreciated having the option for repair but trusted his professional opinion. To date, the repair appears to have remedied the leak. Will continue to monitor the ceiling below for a couple of weeks to see if everything is fixed. So far so good! I will be calling him backhand would recommend for hire!"

"Call The Bee came out to me and gave me a quote of $3,800 just to get my boiler working again. Recommend I actually upgrade to their $4,200 package for a new auto Feeder and valve for my hot water baseboards. Roy came out and gave me a very fair price to replace the actual problem, my circuit panel. It has been a week since and it's working great. the big name pro that gave me a song and dance on how they're the best in the industry, misdiagnosed my boiler issue and would have charged me 10x more for a job that wouldn't have fixed the problem. "My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."
