"They have already been to my house three times! They put up my trampoline for me, Stained outdoor furniture for me, And then I have asked them to do a lot of other odd jobs. They work the whole time and are super professional!"

"Bob and Dustin did a great job installing my LVP flooring and new vent/light in my bathroom. I had a different idea of how I wanted the floors done, and he executed my idea perfectly. They communicated every step of the way and kept me involved in the process. I'd totally hire them again."

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Tim was AMAZING! Quickly found the problem and called the city right away to fix it on that end! Extremely pleased with everything!"

"He was punctual and courteous.  He did not charge to have the door lock cleared, but he will be returning to do an installation.

"Mike the plumber came on time told us all the problems we had. The next morning showed up on time to fix everything. Mike was very nice and knew what he was doing. Would have them do work for us again."

"I was very pleased with the service. Evidently the guts who did the estimate were not the same ones who came to do the work. they got the work done and cleaned up well but were aggravated that they were not adequately prepared for the job."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He Was Wonderful, Very Respectful Of My Animals And Super Clean And Professional. He Is Fair And Great To Work With 10/10 Would Recommend!"
