Gorgeous materials there and several option to choose from. We selected an European Oak, engineered floor, natural color. Beautiful look, amazing for kids, and will withstand humidity over time. The price was also good for the quality. The shipment was fast, around a week. They also acclimated it for us. In the mean time, they started the demo of the old tile flooring. This is a little bit disturbing, but it's not their fault. They try to be as clean and organized as possible. But, it's a messy process no matter what. When the wood was ready, they started the installation. We stayed at a hotel, took advantage to get a short vacation, but my husband would go almost every afternoon to supervise and see the advancement. The owner was always very nice with us and gave us the update on everything. The project was completed in 10 days more or less. We also order new baseboards with them, more modern, and they look great with the new floor. Floors are an illusion to the eyes. Very beautiful. Beyond happy with our new floor and would be using this company again to install a wall in our new bathroom, once is done of course. High five for Martinez Wood Floors, the best in Miami."
