"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

I highly recommend Wr.builders inc contracting Company to anyone looking for top-quality renovations!"

"If you have spoken to the rest now hire the best Liam Neary Construction. I bought a house last year and have probably replaced almost everything. I have worked with at least 20 contractors and not one of them comes close to the talent, hard work, dedication, and professionalism of Liam Neary. Everything he does from the moment he enters your home is done with thoughtfulness, skill, and integrity. He will listen to you, explain things to you, and give you honest feedback based on his vast knowledge and experience. He will send you a detailed estimate of the work needed within a couple of days and follow up with you. He is always available and gets back to you quickly. He respects your time and shows up at your home every day at 7 am and works 6 days a week. He checks in daily and several times a day if necessary to keep the project moving. He has a clean-as-you-go mentality keeping everything neat and orderly. He loves what he does, and it shows in the beautiful, finished products of his work. He will treat your home like his own. Do yourself a favor hire Neary Construction, you will have the work of a true craftsman."

"When we started looking for a contractor on Angie's List, we were skeptical that we could find someone who could do three things: being within our budget, easy to communicate with and making sure that the final product was of high quality. We had a big project (renovating two bathrooms, renovating a kitchen, taking down a wall, removing wood paneling from multiple rooms, remodeling our basement, including removing asbestos tile from the whole basement, whole house interior painting, remodeling the laundry room, installing new light fixtures everywhere, etc) and Sanfer ended up being the perfect contractor for us. He was so easy to get in touch with and he did a great job keeping us updated on the project as it was coming along (we weren't living there at the time). While the project ended up going over the original budget we set, we also added multiple projects along the way that Sanfer was able to accomplish. The other thing we truly appreciated is that Sanfer has a true eye for quality and was able to ensure everything was exactly to our standards -- the tiling, the painting, even the installation of our new doorknobs. He even brought certain things up to us to help make the home more secure and prevent future damage (putting up stronger supports under our deck, fixing the flashing around the chimney) that he didn't need to do. When a few things needed to be fixed after the renovations were complete, he wasted no time in sending someone out to do the repair. Sanfer was so nice, honest, and enjoyable to work with, things we were not expecting to find in our general contractor but which made the whole renovation experience that much more positive. We would absolutely recommend him and his crew to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor who will do a high-quality job for a fairly reasonable price."

"We hired Strong Builders for a major home project, and the results were exceptional. Jack, the owner, is everything you hope for in a contractor — professional, punctual, and deeply experienced. He handled the design and construction of our new deck and sunroom, and also remodeled our living room by removing walls and reimagining the layout. What impressed us most was Jack’s honesty and follow-through. He’s a great communicator, clear about timelines and costs, and he always does what he says he will — a rare quality in this field. He does most of the work himself, so there’s no guessing who’s responsible for quality, and he’s an excellent problem solver when unexpected challenges arise. If you’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and highly skilled, we strongly recommend Strong Builders. You’ll get great results with no surprises."

"This went much better that I expected. Crystal Painting painted my house in the summer of 2019. They did a great job then and I contacted them this spring for some minor warranty work. Leonardo was incredibly responsive and was visiting my home for a walkthrough within a day or so. He sent some workers out and had issue resolved within days. In fact, he got the work done faster than I get an email response from most other contractors."

"Cannot say enough good things about Mavridis Contracting and its sub-contractors. This was a challenging project in part because the prior remodeling contractor (from forty years ago) cut many corners that needed to be remedied. Mr. Mavridis, his employees, and sub-contractors identified and explained every issue so that we could make informed decisions. The team was courteous, professional, skilled, and very tidy (cleaning up after each day). The finish work (tiling, carpentry, etc.) is excellent. Even the city inspectors provided unprompted compliments on the final product."
