"We are not rating this company, as they did not do any work for us. There was a misunderstanding and it turns out they only do plumbing work and we had a problem with our hot water heater. We did still have to pay a $95 call out fee."

"My hot water heater broke the day before the Fourth of July! They were here the day after and were friendly and professional. I also like the heater they brought us. Works great!"

"Discovered a leak near the water heater, callled Big Horn and they were here within a couple hours and got the issue fixed. Excellent customer service, Thank you !!"

"They don't do swamp cooler repair."

"Mike and Matt are top notch plumbers. They are respectful, clean, on time, provide quality work, and worth the price paid. They responded very quickly. They fixed my hot water issues in all the showers and re-routed piping for the hot water tank. Exceptional attitude and craftsmanship."

"rofessionalLast fall when the temps crashed in Sparks, our old 1940's Sears floor furnace would not light. We had several folks out and they said it was on old floor furnace and they could not help us. Damian responded within a few minutes and found a colleague who could help us with a new install. What a life saver and gentleman! So when it came to adding our AC, he was our guy. Exteremely satisfied with his professional and ethical conduct, workmanship, timeliness, and price.

"Daniel is very knowledge, legit, CARING, reasonable priced compare to the others. He was upfront on what you need to expect, & excellent service! Fixed my unreliable tankless water heater many times, then Daniel and Jack helped me install a new Navien reliable unit that I know will last a long time, and the NaviCirc recirculation pump so I can get hot water fast throughout the house, and not waste water to get hot. Jack was very well trained, did a great job which only happens when you have a great boss that teaches well!"

"He was very friendly confirming that we needed a new pump for the cooler. Came prepared with all the necessary equipment, quickly installed a new pump and was done."

"We had Todd come in and look at several items from the inspection report after we bought a new house. The work performed was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.
Todd's crew applied epoxy to seal the garage floor and install a vapor barrier in the crawl space. They also moved a heating vent for us as well.
We would have hired them to do more work for us, but given their prices and quality they are very busy!

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
