One of the features we selected was self closing drawers. On the day of installation the installers arrived on time and once the cabinet was set one of the installers stayed to finish the installation. He did a very nice job and added some custom cut-outs for my future plumbing in the back of the cabinet. I would use them again. <br />"

"They dug the hole for the egress window and left it for approximately a month before returning to install the window. The pile of dirt left on the lawn killed the grass. They failed to secure a permit to install the egress window. Once installed I had to contact the city to determine how to fix the situation and get the window approved so my wife could open her daycare. The window failed the inspection and they had to come back and replace the hardware in order to correct the situation. They were very apologetic and professional about the situation and discounted the charge, but that hardly made up for the trouble."
