"Quote wasn't free, things were missrepresented as they said a quote was free but ended up needing to remove my toilet to quote, and that costed me $260. Then, the toilet wasn't centered when they installed it again, and the attitude was dismissive. "

I understood the $89 service charge; the part could not be more than $35 so rest was the cost of labor. I should have shopped around for better price. That would be my only disappointment. "
