"We had two windows replaced and they look great. We had old, outdated, drafty windows, and now we have beautiful, secure, functional and high quality windows that have kept in the warmth this winter! The windows that we ended up getting have features that we didn't have before and we love it all - the ability to move the screen up and down, easy tilting options to make cleaning the windows so easy, locking mechanisms, etc. The ordering process was easy, and staff were friendly."

"Alec came to quote us on some window replacement. He was a true professional, not pushy and we signed a contract with him. Their prices were the best!"

"Christian and his team did an amazing job, repairing our garage. Work was completed ahead of schedule and at a great price. Would use them again, should the need arise. Very great to work with!"

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"Alec our sales rep for empire home repair was fantastic. Alex came out to give us an estimate for new windows on a home we just purchased. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the company and thr product. We were very impressed and happy with Alec, enough that we closed the deal and will have 7 new windows in the next few weeks. Thanks Alec for making this process easy."
