"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"The job was completed efficiently neatly and in minimal time. My fireplace works great and I am thankful."

"I would recommend them to others.  I really liked the way they provided estimates and graphic fictions of the proposed improvements."

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"David did an excellent job power washing the house. Our house looks so clean now! He did a great job painting the shutters. My house looks brand new. I definitely will hire him again."

"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. Thank you Ronda for a wonderful new kitchen!"

"These guys did great work, at a low price, and finished in less than a week. We're very pleased with them."

"Fine Painters was great in setting us up with an interior designer that could help us pick out paint colors (including in the cost), was very fast, and did a fantastic job.  Two years later, we're still getting lots of compliments."

"I cannot say enough about Kitchen Tune-Up! Linda and David made me feel at ease tackling my first large home improvement project. They were so easy to work with, responsive, timely and professional. Polo was amazing! His attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. He treated my home like his own and made my kitchen look amazing! It’s a wonder what refacing can do to the look of a kitchen. If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. I cannot wait to have them do my backsplash in the fall!"
