"Everything was well done the first time except one piece of siding that I was not happy with and they redid that without hesitation. They replaced a window, some outside trim, some siding and the large piece of lumber across the garage door opening. Squirrels or some other animal had eaten some of the trim and the men doing the work replaced the trim and wrapped some metal around it to keep the animals from eating it again. They did the same on the large piece of wood above the garage door opening to keep it rotting again. The men doing the work were all nice and polite and left the area cIean. To me, the price was a little bit too high, but I would probably think that about most, if not all pricing. I would hire them again. In fact, Sam and his men are going to be doing some more work for me when he can get it on his schedule--again where the animals have eaten the siding and trim. <br />"

"Service technician arrived at the end of the appointment window.  Apologized for not arriving earlier, even though he was still within the appointment window.  He was very pleasant, and quickly reviewed the problem.  He quoted a price to replace the spring  and went to work.  He recommended that the door rollers be replaced due to the age of the door.  There was no pressure, just mentioned it.  I told him I would like to look up the rollers online, he pleasantly stated sure, no problem, I will be done with your spring shortly.  We decided to replace the rollers after doing a little research online, the technician completed that work promptly as well.  I would highly recommend them.  I made two attempts at appointments with another company listed on Angie's List that never returned a call. <br />"

"I thought that they were wonderful. They came out with two different crews. The screen guys were wonderful. They came in, and got the job done fast, We initially wanted 4 windows done, but while they were here decided to get a 5th done. They were really courteous. The carport estimate was done by this company, but the work was subcontracted. The work was good, but we are having a little leak that needs fixed. They assembled it very well. We put this on the side of our for our car, as well as to keep the sun off the side of the house. We have seen an immediate reduction in the temperature of the house. That combined with the solar windows, the temperature is a lot lower inside our house. I was really happy with everything! They came in several hundred dollars less than some of their competitors. They did it exactly to my specifications as well. They were very professional, and easy to work with."

"I liked the quality of the product as I had done some research. I liked the passion of the guy that was running the business. I had contacted about 10 window companies and they were the ones who spent some time to entice everyone with their products. He was very passionate about his products and that's what sold me. They did a good job and the windows were of great price. I would use them again in the future if need be."

"This job went unbelievably well. There were a lot of shingles that had to be removed, and I requested that everything below be covered. I didn't want the extensive landscaping harmed, I didn't want to find shingles and nails everywhere. I didn't want to have to replace damaged gutters. The crew showed up the first day and worked a 12-hour day. The attic was covered with plastic to capture falling debris. Everything around the house was covered with plywood and tarps, three layers of shingles were removed and cleanly hauled away without any issues. The entire project was completed in 2 days. Michael and crew did an amazing job, and I am a very happy customer."

FAQs for new windows service projects in West Memphis, AR

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
