"Garage door wouldnâ t open at 6:00am. I manually opened it and went to work. Called Precision Door Service at 7:41am and had a service tech at my house at 3:00pm the same day! Awesome customer service. Highly recommended!!"

"They provided an estimate on repair and replacement and have ordered the door and will be out to install the door The estimate process was very good, they explained things well and they were able to show me options and tried to match the architecture of the house so I could see what the door will look like."

"Sohail was professional from start to finish. I needed my garage replaced quickly because critters were getting inside. I was quoted on Friday and had my garage door installed the following Monday. Not only did he help remove items from my garage, but he also cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew how to operate the new garage door. Highly recommend."

"Actually, I just wanted to have them to come and replace the bottom door panels of our garage door, however, I was convinced in replacing the whole thing because of the great deal they were offering. Well, I am glad that I have taken the offer. What a huge difference it was! They did an awesome installation, leaving no mess behind. Their service was worth every penny, plus the new door looks beautiful.

"One of the owners stopped by, inspected the door, and we discussed the prices for the things I was interested in getting done. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup."

"Vinny was great! Very down to earth quick and knows what he's doing. He was honest about the timeline of service. He gave us options of garage door openers the would work with the doors we ordered. Vinny and his team are great! I would hire them again and I highly recommend them. Lastly, Terri is GREAT. Mic Drop! Oh we are VERY happy with everything, the service, the product and most importantly the Team! Thanks Hometown Garage Door Services."
