"We have a contract with a homeowners appliance insurance company and when that company could not come to our house until next day after the A.C. quit over the weekend, Humphreys was available to take a look that morning that we called. Jason came out, and found the problem. We were afraid that our 15 year old a.c. was going to have to be replaced. Jason found that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He went after the part and in a short time had it installed and we were up and running. He was absolutely on time with the text that was sent and we were happy with his work and the quick service that we received since we are experiencing over 100 degree temps. We Have also decided that we will use Humphrey when we need a new unit. Homeowners warranty could have been a cheaper option but since we did not want to wait an extra day, our decision came with the best outcome. Thanks so much Jason!"

We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy.
