The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. Very polite and Friendly. Did a diagnostic look at and explained me what was wrong. Along with what he did to fix the issue. Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly. Told us about a membership program they offer to help out the customer and give them peace mind the next time you need something done. Ken was very knowledgeable and very kind. Would highly recommend."

"I logged into Home Adviser around 2:00 AM Saturday morning. Alex the Tech, was already calling me around 9:30 AM. He asked me some questions about my problem and model number of my furnace. Based on the information I provided he was able to isolated my problem and find a repair part within a 1/2 hour. He called me back and told me what the charges would be. He called me once he picked up the part and let me know that he was on his way and gave me an estimate of his arrival time. He arrived and was very professional and personable. During the furnace repair he had to leave and go and get another part. He did not charge extra for the part or time. He completed his repair and thoroughly checked the furnace for proper function and discovered an additional trouble. He repaired that trouble for no additional charge. He offered me some advice on some other heating/cooling projects I am considering."
