"We called about a failed garbage disposal - Jim replied extremely quickly and arrived early that afternoon. Professionally, did not try to sell us on a replacement and instead gave us other options. Jim also noticed and fixed a problem with the undersink pipe configuration that was to blame for some sink backups. We're delighted to have found such a professional, knowledgeable , and skillful plumber. "Integrity Plumbing" is definitely an apt name for his company. and quickly fixed that"

"Steve was very nice and did an excellent job with our back-up sump pump. He seemed very knowledgable about the different options out there and answered all of my questions that I had. He also returned all of my phone calls promptly and arrived on time."

"I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. I Will RECOMMEND these wonderful guys to every one I hear of that needs work done. Jovon and Jeremy I Thank you for doing a great job at an affordable price. ."

"They were able to come out and quickly help me install my sump pump and replaced the piping, which had been a non-professional job, fixing some issues and extra strain on the pump."

"Great! They spent 2 days repairing a poor roofing job that lead to our leaking and a several nests of wasps invading house. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters this spring.

They will be returning next spring for another issue we need addressed.

We were very happy with this company, Ben is very easy to talk with.

"They removed a basement door for us and they put blocks in order to finish the wall. I would not use their services in the future."

"Nick and Jamie are a brother/sister team who have been working together for a long time and they worked very well together. They were punctual, efficient, respectful, professional, and neat. They brought in their own radio for soft music while they worked. They moved furniture and covered everything with plastic. They did a great job with the painting - straight lines, no drips, good coverage. At the end, I noticed one place of about a foot where the line between the wall and the ceiling wasn't quite straight and Jamie gladly fixed it. They carefully cleaned up.
This deal included the labor, but I needed to provide the paint. Ron passed on his discount at Sherwin Williams, and it was a very good discount - almost at SW's cost. I had questions about the paint coverage, and Jamie gave me good advice.
I'd be glad to use them again.

"Excellent service. Repair done well, quickly and for slightly less than quoted. Highly recommend them."

"Rob was amazing! He literally saved us about $12,000. After he discovered that we had a broken sewer line, he listened to us and talked to the construction crew that we told him we believed had something to do with our bad sewer line. Within 10 minutes the company was digging to fix what they broke. Rob saved us and went out his way to do so. Not many plumbers would have passed up that type of price tag to help us. Thank you again guys!!"

"We contacted Panda Properties for an estimate on our Basement Remodeling project.  Brian came on a Tuesday evening to look at our space, discuss what we were looking for, and take some measurements.  Overall the discussion went well and we were excited to see what his estimate would be.  We did inform him that he was the third company we had in for an estimate and were looking to start our project soon.  He told us that he would be able to get us an estimate in a couple of days, end of the week at the latest.
I emailed him the next morning (Wednesday) to thank him and provide him with some information required for the estimate.  He responded that same day thanking me for the information.  The following Monday came and we hadn't heard back from him even though he had said he'd have the estimate by the end of the week, so I e-mailed him that morning asking when he would have the estimate available for our review.  He responded the next day (Tuesday) that he was just putting the finishing touches on the estimate.  Following that e-mail, I did not hear from him again until Sunday, which was now 12 days after the original visit, with the estimate.  All his e-mail said was that he was sorry for the delay and that he had some computer problems.
The estimate itself was actually in line with the others we had received.  And my concern was not with how long the estimate took.  If he would have told me it will take up to two weeks for the estimate, I would have been fine with that.  My concern was that he stated that he could deliver something in a certain time frame, could not deliver in that time frame, and did not communicate well during the process.  It took me contacting him to find out where the estimate was when it was later than discussed.  I was worried that this was indicative of how things would be if we selected him to work on our project, and that was a key reason why we decided not to go with Panda Properties for our project, which is now nearing completion."
