When a technician finally comes out, they spend less than ten minutes on the work order and inevitably ?discover? another issue that requires additional payment. That work then has to be rescheduled weeks later. The entire process feels misleading and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company."

"I can't begin to convey the dissatisfaction in quality of service from Blair Windows. We ordered windows for our entire home going on about a year ago from time of order to receiving the windows. The workmen have been out to my over 3 times to replace the largest window in home and cracked my original window. My daughter is getting married in one week and I have a big piece of tape covering the crack in the window that sits in front of the house. Needless to say, I will never order any services again and don't recommend!!!"
