"Called Nick early Friday morning he was able to come out and complete the job of replacing water heater that day. I had a small issue after he left called and left a message he called back immediately and issue was rectified with in the hour. Great service! Efficient!"

"John “Johnny Rocket” & his associate did an amazing job servicing my home in Winchester. From the moment they walked through the door, they exuded a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They were quick to diagnose the issue in my heating system & worked efficiently to fix the issue on the spot. The entire job was complete in under an hour. I needed a new thermostat & John installed one on the spot as well! I highly recommend hiring these two gentleman for any of your plumbing & heating needs. After the job was complete, they even took the time to talk my son & I about how they enjoyed helping residents in the local Winchester Community. "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Chris, Matt, and their employees did excellent work for us to replace our combi boiler and on-demand hot water heater. They fit us in quickly before a cold snap and worked long hours to get the job completed. The whole system looks great and they clearly take pride in their work. They have been responsive and timely about any follow-up tweaks to the system to get it running correctly. Their communication has been clear and response time is quick. Would definitely recommend! "
