When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.
