"These guys were great. No hardcore sales pitch. Mike came out twice sampled the windows and explained the process. Professional installers were courteous, and clean. More important, knew their craft. Put all window treatments back in place. Later on, we did have an issue with one window (not quality) and the owner came out personally to remedy the fix."

"Never never buy from these thieves! We bought 8 windows to be replaced on the 12th of March 2025. The 17th of May they came to install. They didn't replace our windows. They inserted smaller windows into the old window frames(less light in the house). So now we have old cracked visible window frames. Silicone seals were not replaced. And the double hung windows can only open a third of the height, not half way up."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY!! A PHR REP came to the house and sold us 4 windows. The installation was scheduled for a few months out. When they came to install, they measured wrong and we ended up having to purchase another window. They brought in damage control to assess and offer a lower rate on additional windows. We had to purchase MORE windows in order for them to rectify THEIR mistake and they masked it behind a deal for us. We took the bait. What a mistake. We replaced all of our windows and a door. AGAIN scheduled for months out. They barely communicated with us on their appt times and showed up several times without notice. The second installers were sloppy, the broke light fixtures in our home, left trash everywhere, and didn't clean up nails in my 2 year olds room. After about a month or so we found that all of our NEW windows had to have the sashes replaced. And the blinds built into our door broke. The whole door needs to be REPLACED. that was 15 windows and a door. After calling several times, emailing, and finally talking with a manager I was told "what do you want me to do, we sold you a lifetime warranty!" A lifetime warranty on a product that is less than 4 months old with almost every piece needing to be replaced. Still waiting on some of the replacements and it's been 9 months. They do not care about this customer, and I've since been told by other ppl who used them that they are awful."

No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare.
