He answered all my questions at the time and was available by phone for other questions I had as well. <br /> The day of the installation the crew of two were punctual and arrived as planned. Both were professional and courteous as they went about their work. While doing so they kept us informed of what they were doing and the progress they were making. The removal of the old system and installatioin of the new was completed in a day and one half. The installation crew cleaned their work area and you would not know anything or anyone had been working. Again it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and very professional.
