We set up another day for my job, as rescheduling was not a problem for me. I really appreciated that he didn't leave me hanging by not showing up or not calling, like a lot of service providers do. From a technical standpoint, they identified and ordered all the components, inched a digging machine down a treacherous hill, dug up the old cesspool, dealt with another one that was hidden nearby, installed the new tank, piped it up to the dispersion field (which they created in a day) and kept us calm every step of the way. Given the choice of doing this project with some other contractor or selling the house, we would have sold. These guys are wonderful."

"Excellent. I contacted Lou through Angis's list and he called me within 24 hours to set up a date to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. He arrived on time and looked over the work that needed to be done. He said he would e-mail me an estimate for the work which he did a couple of days later. I felt it was a fair price and told him he had the job. On Friday Lou was right on time and completed the work the same day and also removed all the old pipes and cleaned up the work are. I'm very satisfied with Lou's work and will use him again if I have any plumbing issues."
