"We went with a surround for the bath area instead of tiles.  We like the results very much and the guys were very nice to work with.
They were very reliable and showed up on scheduled days.  They were very respectful of the rest of the house and covered stairs, entry and hallway with appropriate floor protection.  
They did not order enough floor tile at first, but worked diligently to correct the problem and order more.  They were able to do other work while waiting for the tile.
They cleaned up after themselves each evening.
